Driving: Take Lake Shore south. Exit 53rd Street. Go straight through the first stop light (Hyde Park Blvd.) Go under the viaduct and immediately take a left at the next light: Lake Park Avenue. Drive south to 57th Street and turn right. Ray School is six blocks west on the right at the corner of 57th Street and Kimbark Avenue.

Public Transportation: #6 bus (Jackson Park Express). Get off at 57th & Stony Island Avenue. Walk under the viaduct and head west six blocks. Ray School is on the right at the corner of 57th Street and Kimbark Avenue. Another option: Metra Electric from Randolph & Michigan (South Chicago or University Park lines) to 57th Street, then walk six blocks west.

From the West:
Driving: Garfield Blvd. east through Washington Park. Continue east past Cottage Grove. One block east of the stoplight at Woodlawn Avenue, turn right onto Kimbark Avenue. Ray School is one block south on the left on the corner of Kimbark and 57th Street.

Public Transportation: Take the #55 Bus (Garfield Blvd.). Get off at Kimbark Avenue and head south. Ray School is one block south on the left on the corner of Kimbark and 57th Street.

From the South
Via Dan Ryan Expressway, exit 55th Street and turn right (east). Drive through Washington Park. Continue east past Cottage Grove. One block east of the stoplight at Woodlawn Avenue, turn right onto Kimbark Avenue. Ray School is one block south on the left on the corner of Kimbark and 57th Street.
