Elementary Costume Contest

Each contestant will have only 30 seconds to present his costume or character to the judges. There will be a judge with a stopwatch keeping track of the time, and the 30 second rule will be strictly enforced. Contestants who talk past the 30 seconds will be interrupted, so please prepare for this limitation.
