Elementary Oratory

LATIN ORATORY
Students must recite a passage assigned for their grade level. Students may either read or memorize the passage, but those who memorize it will receive more credit. Judges will consider pronunciation, voice quality, memorization, and dramatic impact. Students may use a prompter.
